Our Cottage on Pentwater Lake is perfect for family vacation. This is our first season to offer this vacation home for rent. It is located in the quiet Apache Hills Subdivision on Ottawattamie Rd. State forest trails are 200 ft away for hiking, biking, hunting, x-country skiing, and snowmobiling. We are at the end of the big bayou in a no wake area and have a great area for playing in the water. We are facing West and have a great sunset views. There is also a lot of birds and even bald eagles in the area to watch. There is room to park 2-3 cars. There is a nice yard down by the water and up by the house for room to play.

The cottage is 1500 sq.ft. There are 3 bedrooms. Main Level has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom ( 1King, 1 bunk bed), dining room, family room, and screen room. Downstairs has 1 bathroom, laundry room, 1 bedroom (1 full), and family room/bedroom (2 bunks, 1 futon, 1 queen sofa sleeper). There is a TV with DVD/VCR downstairs and a TV with VCR upstairs. Must see!
