This brand new, three bedroom, three-bath vacation home looks out over the Yellowstone River and is a short drive through Montana's gorgeous Paradise Valley from Yellowstone National Park. Guests can walk out the door and go fishing or floating right from the house at the private Yellowstone River access. This new, immaculate vacation home is offered year round and offers you all the comforts and conveniences you will want in a most gorgeous Yellowstone River setting in a small neighborhood of homes in the Paradise Valley. The home offers beautiful wood and tile floors and brand new mission style furniture/furnishings to enjoy.Yellowstone Lookout South offers three bedrooms all with outstanding views and private baths. The master bedrooms is downstairs, with a king size bed, private bathroom and secluded Yellowstone River patio. Downstairs, you'll also find a bunk bed room which will sleep up to 5 people along with another bathroom and private river patio area. The main floor consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. You'll also find one portable mattress for use by an additional guest. Up to 10 people can be accommodated at Yellowstone Lookout South.The complete kitchen, with dishwasher, range, microwave and all the cookware is open to the dining area and living room. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table or head on out to the deck and to enjoy your meal while savoringthe river view. Additional chairs are available to seat up to 10 people.Relaxing will come easy on the Yellowstone Riverside deck. There you can hear the mighty river sweeping by, notice the sudden flip of a trout's tail, watch a bald eagle perched in the Cottonwood trees across the river and see drift boats, kayaks, canoes and rafts float by. You'll find a comfortable patio set and gas BBQ grill along with a bench and hooks to hang your fishing waders. On the other lower level, you'll find a secluded Riverview patio accessible by the master and bunk bedrooms on the lower level. There you'll find another table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying an unobstructed view of the Yellowstone River. In the vaulted living room, you'll find cozy and comfortable leather furniture, a television with satellite service, and a gas fired woodstove -- everything you could need! Large windows offer spectacular views of the Yellowstone River, waterfowl, bald eagles and the surrounding mountains.In your free time, you'll find a large selection of videos to enjoy, a cd/dvd/vcr home theater system, as well as a variety of games and books. Or, take the short walk to the Yellowstone River down a path to enjoy the view of your private river frontage from your picnic table on the river's edge. Many guests use Yellowstone Lookout South as a 'base' from which to explore the entire area--all of Yellowstone, Grand Teton Park, the incredible Beartooth Highway and the communities around Bozeman and Livingston Montana.No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval. There is a private phone, television with satellite service and VCR/DVD, and laundry facilities including washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and detergent at this home. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, high quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, dish and hand soaps. An end of stay cleaning is complimentary. If you happen to be staying two weeks or more, a weekly cleaning is included at no extra charge. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering, and grocery shopping can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Fishing on the Yellowstone River is literally out the back door. Rent a drift boat, canoe, raft or kayak and plan your own adventures on the Yellowstone. Other nearby activities include outstanding hiking, biking and horseback riding in the nearby Absaroka Mountains, and Yellowstone Park – just 30 minutes away. Chico Hot Springs - a fabulous, natural fed hot spring resort is just a few miles away. There is also an excellent restaurant at the Hot Springs. Dailey Lake Recreation area is nearby, the town of Livingston is 20 minutes away with a great selection of restaurants, galleries and shopping. Just over the hill, you’ll find Bozeman. In addition to the wildlife, there are numerous bird species in Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River ecosystem including bald and American eagles, owls, hawks, falcons, wading birds, hummingbirds, and many songbirds, including the melodious western meadowlark.As the seasons change so do the activities and experiences available to Yellowstone Lookout guests. In the Spring as plants are budding, migratory birds return, newly born animals appear, the first tiny wildflowers bloom, and the fish start biting. As Summer unfolds, you’ll watch many boats drift by on the River and, in fact, you might want to fish and float the wild Yellowstone River yourself. The nearby meadow and fields turn to green, the birds and animals are minding their young, rodeo season is under way, and horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking are always fun. With Fall approaching and the days getting shorter, the fall colors on the many cottonwoods and aspens are stunning, the nights are cooler and the warmth of the gas fired wood stove are welcomed. When winter sets in and snow falls on the nearby mountains, the Yellowstone River is fabulous to watch as ice chunks float by.
