6 bd, 4 bath house of over 2700sqft. Newly renovated
($50k of interior work) in 2004. Short walk to beach.

The room are spacious and there is a wonderful gameroom
for the kids (very popular). Outside is a large outside
h/c shower/changing room. Out back is a concreted b-ball
court. This house has all the amenities reasonably
expected. There are ceiling fans in each room, as well
as 7 CATV's. 2 A/C heat pumps (upstairs/downstairs).
Covered porch and 4 separate sundecks. Plenty of rockers for cozy outdoor family gatherings on the porch.
