This luxury efficiency Condo in Taos, NM is less expensive than a motel & far more wonderful! Rates vary by season: December 28 to January 4 & during Spring Break, $550/week. February 10 to March 18, $500/week, $1,500/month. January 5 to February 9, July 1 to August 31, & Thanksgiving to December 19, $400/week, $1,200/month. June, September, & October, $350/week, $1000/month. November to Thanksgiving, April 1 to Memorial Day, $300/week, $900/month. Prices include use of the Quail Ridge activity center by one person. Add $50 per month for each extra guest wishing to use the facilities (hot tub, tennis courts, swimming pool). There is a 50¢ charge per out-going telephone call. The condo can be reserved online with a credit card. Email linda@drsonna.org. The cancellation policy is 100% refund with 30 days advance notice; 50% refund with 15 days notice. A full refund will be given up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival during the winter if ski conditions are rated poor. 6+ month leases are available at reduced rates. Utilities, satellite TV, fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, hair drier, shampoo, even firestarter and matches for the fireplace and charcoal grill--everything you need to get you started.
