Located on the sandy shores of the eastern end of the Bay of Fundy of Nova Scotia, Canada, we have over 1000 feet of frontage leading onto miles of all but desserted beach as well as the pectacle
of the coming and going of the world's highest tides.

This custom built, modern house of exceptional quality provides superb accommodation. The main level offers over 1000 square feet of first class living space. It is wonderfully designed to capitalize on the glorious views and great floods of light. The living room, dining
room and kitchen offer a spacious open concept layout, with huge windows looking out over the water. For an outdoor view of the water, patio doors lead from the dining area onto the large deck, complete with gas BBQ. All of this is tastefully decorated with classic
contemporary Scandinavian teak furniture, hand crafted leaded glass light fixtures, original art, and features ceramic floors. The gourmet kitchen with hand built butternut cabinetry is completely equipped with 6 full-sized appliances-dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, microwave- and includes quality stainless steel cutlery and superb Lagostina stainless cookware. The main level has two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds and parquet flooring. The master bedroom is furnished with contemporary Scandinavian teak
furniture and features an ensuite door to the four piece bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom with a wonderful view of the water, has furnishings which include a brass bed and an antique bureau.
Satellite TV, a mini-stereo, telephone, fax machine, a selection of books (including cook books, for those who like to relax in the kitchen) and games are also available. Shore Haven takes care to provide quality linens, comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping in a positively no smoking environment.
The ground floor of the house is a bright 900 square foot area with the same wonderful views as pstairs
is outfitted with quality furnishings, including one bedroom, an office, a three piece bath (toilet, sink and luxury sit down shower) and comfortable family room.
