Chloe's Bed & Breakfast, is located in the heart of Sydney's upbeat Newtown. The house offers complete privacy - a haven amidst the hustle and bustle of one of Sydney's liveliest areas. Fully self-contained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. There are two bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs, including open-plan living/dining, full kitchen, home office with Internet and bathroom. The house is the perfect size for at least four adults.The main bedroom features a king or two single beds. The second bedroom has a queen or two single beds. A comfortable sofa bed provides another option. The house offers linen, full laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and vanity. We are only a short walk to Sydney University, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and to the vibrant restaurant, café culture and shopping of King Street, Newtown. A 15 minutes cab ride from Sydney Airport, the house is only 4kms from Sydney's Business District and is located within the heart and soul of inner city living. Rates start from $230 per night and include all taxes and breakfast provisions. Discounts are available for week-long and extended stays.The house is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted in the rear courtyard. Unfortunately there is no off-street parking, however a secure carpark is located approximately 70m from the house. Open on-street partking is available in the immediate vacinity. The house has narrow, steep internal stairs by Australian standards so while everyone is welcome we do not recommend the house as suitable for disabled or elderly people. For the same reason, children of all ages are welcome with a supervising adult. The rear courtyard is charming but is not a suitable play area for children. The surrounding grounds of Sydney Uni and attractive Victoria Park with its public olympic pool are in close proximity and provide interesting and relaxing walks to surrounding Glebe and Broadway. Also great for shopping, restaurants, cafes and the cinema. Rates include full breakfast provisions unless not required by our guests. Further discounts for guest not requiring breakfast is available upon request.
