Executive lakeside home. Our home is in Holdens Bay - a quiet suburb, bordering on the lake and only 7km from Rotorua.
There is a reserve on the lake shore which you can walk for 3km in either direction.
The lake is safe for swimming. It is a large shallow lake with safe wading at all stream mouths. There is a boat ramp, jetty, trout stream and children's playground all 500m from our house.
The house and front garden face North West, perfectly orientated for warmth and sunsets, (in the southern hemisphere).
