The grounds feature direct access to Seneca Lake, with good swimming, a dock (to be built), access to a canoe and rowboat, and plenty of chairs for lounging, reading, sunning, etc. A screen house with a large picnic table is available for use by the guests. Close to the screen house is a fire pit, available for guests to roast marshmallows, cook dinner, and enjoy the fire. A horseshoe pit is also available for guest use.
