Charming, spacious 3 bedroom home with a pretty wraparound veranda.
Acorn Lane is located in the town of Niagara-on-the-lake, a short
walk to the lake. The home features 3 bedrooms plus den and 3
bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a large 5 piece ensuite bathroom
with a jacuzzi tub.
The second bath is a 4 piece with a skylight and the 3rd is a powder
room on the main level.

The Master bedroom is very spacious and is nicely decorated with a
wrought iron Queen bed.
The 2nd bedroom is decorated in country style with a pine Queen bed
and the 3rd bedroom is a romantic room with a double bed and pretty
floral textiles.

The den on the main level features 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors
and has a pull out sofa which can also accomodate 2 more people.

The large eat in country kitchen overlooks the treed backyard and
raised deck. There is a fireplace in the Living room and wooden
ceiling beams giving it a real cozy feeling.
Acorn Lane Cottage makes a great winter retreat.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Acorn Lane has central air, central vac and is well equipped
with all modern amenities. It is beautifully furnished and has a 28 inch
TV, VCR and sound system with CD player.

The country kitchen is a chef's delight, big and bright with all the
details needed to make a great meal.
The kitchen overlooks the large living room with fireplace and has
several windows overlooking the treed back yard.
The well equipped laundry room is on the main level of the house.
The front wraparound veranda has charming wicker furniture and makes
a great spot to sit and read the morning paper.
The outside deck has a dining area and a BBQ.
All linens and towels are included with the house.
There is parking for 4 cars.

The house can accomodate 8 guests. More than 8 may be permitted for
an extra charge. Please enquire.
