Guests of our delightful 1896 restored Queen Anne mansion in old Chatham experience elegant
surroundings, romantic quarters and scrumptious food.
Queen beds, ensuite private baths, walk to downtown.
Our three guest rooms-Empire, The Hunt, and BackStage-
has their own character, but each is spacious, outfitted with furniture and lighting that reflects the late Victorian age. Bathroom choices include an oversized claw-foot tub, a Jacuzzi-Shower combination, or a large circular shower. Some of the original features preserved over the past 110 years include stained glass windows, an oak spiral staitcase, and carved mouldings and fireplace mantles. Our partner/chef feels breakfast should be part of the whole Victorian Chatham experience and morning to morning, variety is a condition of operation. Chatham to home to a lot of fine restaurants (including one world award winner), an expanding string of visitable wineries, the North Shore of Lake Erie featuring charter fishing, beaches, birding, and nature at her best. Come on, take a look for yourself!
