This 1700 sq ft classic beach house in Manzanita is just 1/2 block from a beautiful sand beach with no cross streets. Also two blocks from the house is wonderful golf course. This two-story house has a master bedroom downstairs with a king size bed. Upstairs are two large bedrooms. One has two double and two single beds. The other makes up as a family room in the day and has two single day beds and a queen size sleep sofa. Also in this room is a color TV on cable. Nice ocean view from this room. There are two full baths. There is a large deck upstairs with a glass wind screen and nice ocean view. Downstairs there is a large living room well furnished with sofas and easy chairs. It has color TV on cable and VCR, a stereo and a large brick fireplace with wood burning insert. Downstairs there is also a dining room with dining table that seats 6. There is a modern kitchen complete with small appliances, dishes, etc. Also downstairs is a utility room with washer, dryer and second refrigerator. The house rents for $130 per night with a two night minimum in the fall spring and winter and one week minimum in the summer. All linens, dishes and cookware are furnished. You need bring only food and clothing.
