The Queen Anne on Castle Avenue was built in 1905. It is a year-round cottage with 4 bedrooms that sleep 7 comfortably in romantic brass/iron beds (2 queen, 1 full, 1 twin). It has 1.5 baths, a modern/fully equipped kitchen, window air conditioning and/or ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room, phone, cable tv/vcr/dvd, off-street parking for 2 cars, full laundry.

Tenants supply own bed linens and towels.
No pets.
No smoking in the cottage or on the porch.

Check-in after 3:00pm. Check-out before 10:00am. Security deposit ($225) and 50% of rental rate due at time of reservation; this confirms the reservation. The balance is due 25 days before arrival. We accept checks and money orders.

* May 30 to September 12: One week minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday).
* September 13 to May 30: Two night minimum stay.
* Extended rentals available.
