The house, which is raised above and overlooks the 2nd fairway on
Vilamouras 'old course' is extremely spacious and offers every
facility. The large L shaped property has 5 en-suite bedrooms with
mature gardens, a large terrace and pool. The imposing entrance hall
leads to each wing of the house, one that contains four of the
bedrooms, including the master suite, with large round bath and a
centre piece king size bed, with its own private terrace balcony. The
living area forms the majority of the other wing, which has been
carefully and tastefully furnished with a Moorish influence, the
sunken lounge area being its main feature. Steps from the hallway
also lead downstairs to a games room, containing table football,
darts and a pool table and sauna room. There are also additional sofa
beds in this room suitable for children. For those that find it
difficult to completely relax away from the office the house is
equipped with telephone, fax and PC with full Internet connection
(call charges payable locally). Outside the villa offers total peace
and privacy with its large swimming pool and covered terrace running
the length of the house. Steps lead down from the pool area to a
large garden with mature palms providing an ideal play area for
children with an external access from this point to the sauna and
games room. For 2003 planning is under way to extend into the lower
level of the house providing an indoor swimming pool in one wing and
additional bedrooms in the other. The owner also provides access to
his yacht moored in Vilamoura Marina, which is fully crewed and
available for day excursions at an additional charge.
