Our townhouse is on the prestige Quinta de Perogil estate, situated on a hilltop overlooking Tavira.With lovly views of the town towards the sea. The house is well equipped, consisting of fitted kitchen. Well furnished lounge and dining room, leading out to covered patio area with built in barbeque and enclosed lawned garden. The first floor has a double bedroom and balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin room with its own shower room basin and w.c.There is a sun terrace on this floor with views of Tavira and surrounding countryside.

The house is ten minutes walk from Tavira, with a good selection of restaurants and bars.Tavira is one of the oldest towns on the Algarve with it`s cobbled streets, a hilltop castle and 25 churches. A Roman bridge spans the river Giloa which flows through the centre of the town past palm shaded waterfront gardens.Thera are many beach resorts within a short drive away.Tavira has 3 golf courses, nearby. The town is a 30 minute drive from Faro airport. Spain is a half an hour`s drive, Seville two hours away.Tavira has a railway station which will enable you to travel the length of the Algarve or north to Lisbon.
