A Victorian style inn with 4 guest rooms, all with private bath, queen size bed, satellite TV with DVD/CD, WiFi, air conditioning (in-season), hair dryer and alarm clock radio. Each room and bath updated in either 2005 or 2006.Located in the heart of Jamestown, we are one block from Jamestown's shops, restaurants, and a marina with ferry boats to take you to Newport and area lighthouses. Full homemade breakfast is included with fresh fruit, homemade pastry such as croissants, danish, scones and/or streudel, and a hot entree such as savory quiche or apple cinnamon french toast. Pets are not allowed but there are 2 cats in the home that are not permitted in guest bed and bathrooms. They are both fixed and declawed. Guests traveling with pets can board their pets at Jamestown's Paws & Claws pet boutique located one block away. Children over 12 are welcome anytime and children between 5 and 12 are welcome at the discretion of the innkeepers. We are unable to accept children under 5.Rates are $125 to $175 May through October and $85 to $125 November through April, plus 7% RI tax, and 6% Newport County tax. There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day, and holidays throughout the year. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Expres.
