The elegantly furnished bedrooms (21 and 22 sq. m.) sleep up comfortably four people due to a double bed and a foldout sofa. In the sitting room (27 sq. m) there is also a foldout sofa, two comfy armchairs a table with chairs, a TV-set, VHS and a stereo system. The kitchen, adjoining the spacious sitting room, is about 7 sq.m. and it is equipped with all the necessary household appliances in mint condition. In the bathroom one can find a bath, a washbasin and a toilet.Access to the apartment is through a courtyard and a coded building door, and then a double-locked apartment door.
