We own 2 rental properties on Kiawah Island, South Carolina:

A 2 bedroom, 2 bath Windswept Beachside Townhouse. It sleeps up to 6 with a king bed, 2 twins and a queen sofa sleeper. It is directly across the street from the beach and has a lagoon view. You park underneath. The first floor has a 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and deck overlooking a beautiful lagoon. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms with cathedral ceilings and 2 full baths. The master bedroom also has a lagoon view.

Our 2 bedroom Turtle Cove Villa is 1200 square feet and sleeps up to 8 with a king bed, 2 twins and 2 queen sofa sleepers (one in the living room and one in the sunroom). It is just 2 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the Turtle Point Golf Club House/driving range, 2 blocks to the new East Beach pool and 2 blocks to the East Beach Tennis Club.

Both our properties are recently renovated, refurnished and professionally decorated. Both have 2 large TVs, 2 VCRs, very nice stereo systems and washers/dryers. They are both rated the highest 4 star quality by the Resort.

Our rates include full Kiawah Island Resort priveleges which you don't get from most other private owners and the use of 2 adult bikes.
