Fully restored and reopened in 2003, the Country Place Hotel overlooks the town square in historic Fayetteville, pop 300. The eight upstairs guestrooms take you back to a simpler time in Texas, a time before televisions and telephones, a time when you could sit on the porch in a rocking chair and watch the world go by.
Our rooms are named after the small Czech or German communities surrounding Fayetteville. Each of our rooms has: a faux bathroom window into it's namesake community, new private tiled bathrooms, central air and heat, ceiling fans, 2 chairs to relax in, handmade quilts, pillow top mattresses, windows that open to let in a country breeze and flowers from one of Maryann's gardens.
Rates are per night, double occupancy. Check in is 3:00 to 6:00pm. If you will be arriving late, please call to make arrangements. Our full breakfast is served from 8:00am to 10:00am. Check out is 11:00am.
There are minimum night restrictions on some weekends and during special events. Payment may be made by check, money order or cash. We do not accept credit cards. The Country Place Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not allowed.
