circa 1877. Carrington's Bluff is located on a tree- covered bluff overlooking Pease Park in the heart of Austin. Enjoy the 35 foot covered front porch or relax in the gazebo out in the lawn. Just minutes from downtown, UT campus, the State Capital, or the new State History Museum, Carrington's is the perfect spot whether on business or pleasure. There are 8 rooms on the property. Five are in the main house and three across the street in the Writers' Cottage just across the street. The rooms are all king or queen sized beds with private baths. A full range of ammenities are available including a delicious full breakfast each morning, served buffet style.
