Of Course the Vegetables when they are in season The Rabbit is Excellent, we do one 1 Rabbit BBQ during a guest stay. If you are not squeamish you can go shopping in village with me for a live rabbit take your pick then bring back to house. 1 of my Ukraine friends will butcher animal watch the whole process then we will BBQ. We will also do a Turkey or Goose the Turkey is more like the Pilgrims ate they are no Hormones or Genetic Engineering here in Bystiv it is more of a Wild Bird with much Different taste & texture then American Turkey. You can pick the Bird for Butchering. It is exotic picking your meal out alive seeing it Butchered then eating it as beautiful meal 2 hours later. We are all accustom to not giving it any thought when buying meat at Supermarket the Natural process of life. In village People live close to nature & the Natural cycle of life are an everyday event. It is freshest meat you will ever have.
