Through our big network across Australia, we can also help you find other types of student accommodation, such as Homestays, Boarding schools, etc, right across the Australian continent.Our Sydney furnished flats are located in Hillsdale, near University of New South Wales, one of the largest Australian universities. A 20 minutes bus ride will take you to the Sydney city centre.A large shopping centre (over 200 shops, including 3 large chain supermarkets) is within a 7 minutes walk to our flats.Many glorious Sydney beaches, such as La Perouse,Maroubra, Coogee, Bondi, are within minutes by bus from the flats.All rooms are mostly furnished with good quality student furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc). Nothing is very luxurious, but everything is reasonably tidy,comfortable and clean.Each flat can accommodates up to four (4) students. Two (2) share one bedroom with separate beds,desks and wardrobes.The other two (2) students have separate bedrooms, with their own bed, desk and wardrobe. Each flat has a TV (with satellite channels),fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, cooking utensils,etc.The stove, oven and hot water system are all gas-fueled.The weekly rent covers the electricity, gas and water bills.Free, shared automatic laundry machines are available.Each student is to follow some basic house rules, which are discussed upon arrival. Each bedroom has a key lock. The main entrance of the building would also have a security door. Smoking, drinking, gambling and the carrying of prohibited drugs are strictly not allowed at our facilities.We welcome you at our flats whether you wish to stay one month or more than a year. We normally do not accept less than four weeks rental, except during university year holidays (December to February; and July).Please check with us availability of vacancies, at any time.If you are require airport pickup, we will be glad to do so.See you.
