This penthouse-style apartment is able to accommodate up to six people, offering two queen beds and two twin beds. The main floor offers a bright living room with balcony, as well as adjacent kitchen with breakfast table, and formal dining room. The main floor offers a full bath. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, large windows, and a balcony overlooking the yard, as well as stereo, CD player, and cable TV / DVD. The bedrooms are upstairs from the living area, and this apartment has two gas fireplaces. The kitchen is efficient and pretty, with dishwasher and microwave, and with granite counters and marble floor. The kitchen area offers a bright breakfast table, and there is a formal dining room with seating for six as well. Upstairs, a nice view of the downtown skyline awaits you. From the upstairs hallway is a view deck with seating. The upstairs level offers lovely bamboo floors and oriental carpets throughout. The first of two bedrooms with queen bed has a skylight and views of the city as well. Both queen bedrooms offer TV / DVD. The two bedrooms with queen beds have skylights, and offer TV / VCR, one bedroom offers a view of downtown, the other has a gas fireplace. The third bedroom is a smaller room with two twin beds. The bathroom on the upper level has a jetted tub with shower and lovely marble floors.*The one bedroom units each offer a queen bed (antique or canopy bed) as well as a pull-out sleeper in the living room (able to accommodate 2 - 4 guests) and TV / VCR. Capitol Hill is a vibrant neighborhood with an array of restaurants and interesting shops. This is a very walk-able neighborhood with amenities nearby and conveniences such as grocery stores, variety stores, and eateries that serve until midnight. Coffee shops and cafes are easy to find, each with a character all their own. Take a day or two to just explore and experience the neighborhood!
